Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern the use of event styling and snack cart services provided by Booths & Backdrops. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Booths & Backdrops offers event styling services which may include but not limited to unique backdrops, lighting, flower wall and arrangements, LED wall and dance floors, Photo Booths, and Snack Cart/Stations.
BOOKING AND DEPOSITS
A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure your event date. The balance must be paid no later than the day of the event date. If full payment is not received by the due date, Booths & Backdrops reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
If the client wishes to cancel the booking, they must notify Booths & Backdrops in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit but no further charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require full payment of the agreed fee. Booths & Backdrops reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or safety issues), in which case a full refund of the deposit will be provided or an alternative date will be offered.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Minor changes to the booking (such as the number of guests, additional décor, etc.) may be made up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability and additional charges. Booths & Backdrops cannot guarantee availability of specific designs or props for changes made within the 14-day window prior to the event.
CHANGES TO BOOKING
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible for setup, including necessary permissions and access for our team and equipment. The client must provide a clear and safe space for Booths & Backdrops to install, set up, and dismantle décor, backdrops, and snack carts. Booths & Backdrops will not be held responsible for any delays caused by venue restrictions or inadequate space.
EVENT SETUP AND REQUIREMENTS
Booths & Backdrops is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage caused by the misuse of equipment or installations during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and the security of the equipment once installed. In the event of damage to Booths & Backdrops’ equipment or décor, the client will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacement.
LIABILITY
Booths & Backdrops is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
FORCE MAJEURE
Booths & Backdrops reserves the right to take photographs and videos of its setups at your event and use them for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client.
USE OF IMAGES
Booths & Backdrops will provide fresh, high-quality snacks and desserts. However, Booths & Backdrops is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary restrictions that are not communicated in advance by the client. The client must inform Booths & Backdrops of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements at least 14 days before the event.
SNACK CART SERVICES
The client agrees to provide accurate event details, including location, number of guests, and any specific styling requirements. The client agrees to cooperate with Booths & Backdrops staff and comply with the agreed setup and breakdown times.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Booths & Backdrops is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
